Svea är tillverkad av mjukt naturgummi i en djupblå nyans med en diskret polerad yta och kombinerar visuell återhållsamhet med varaktig komfort. All orders over €295 we ship for free all over the world. For orders less than €295 the shipping cost is €25 for EU Countries and €85 for the rest of the world. Normally we ship to a Service Point.
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for your new item and return your original order for a refund.
- Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment.
- Please return your item for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.

How can I return an item?
- You have 14 days to return item after receiving it.
- Before returning, please contact us by email info@acquoofsweden.com for further instructions.
- Returned items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, fully labelled in their original packaging with the packing slip and all the materials received with it.
- For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping costs.
- Once we receive your return, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as possible.

*ACQUO boot are slightly big in the foot (not leg) in the sizes 42-46. All the measurements in the size guide refers to inner measurements in both shoes and shafts. Normal recommendation is that the shoe should be about 1-1,5cm longer than the measurements of the foot.
