We offer size EU 37 to EU 46 in all shaft heights.

When we ship your order, you will get an Email or text message with all information. We ship with DHL Freight and DHL Express and you will get a tracking number to follow your order.

Depending on where in the world you order from, the delivery time is different. Normally between 2 and 7 days.

All orders over €295 we ship for free all over the world. For orders less than €295 the shipping cost is €25 for EU Countries and €85 for the rest of the world.

Orders are processed very quickly and cannot be cancelled. If you have placed an order with incorrect information or size, please place a new order and make sure you put in the correct information. You will then have to return the original order.

• You have 14 days to return item after receiving it.
• Before returning, please contact us by email info@acquoofsweden.com for further instructions.
• Returned items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, fully labelled in their original packaging with the packing slip and all the materials received with it.
• For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping costs.
• Once we receive your return, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as possible.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for your new item and return your original order for a refund.

Once an order is submitted, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you want to add an item, you must place a new order for the additional items.

We cannot ship to multiple addresses. You can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple addresses, you will need to place separated orders for each address.

We only bill in Euros.

Once we receive your return, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as possible.

Our web shop reflects our entire available inventory. If your preferred size is unavailable, there is a button “notify me” next to the size. Klick the button and share your email with us to be informed if the item becomes available.

Please note that even if an item is in your cart, it is NOT saved. Checkout need to be completed.

Unfortunately, we do not offer repair service currently. If you need assistant, please email us a tinfo@acquoofsweden.com with description, photos and order number and we will do our best to help you.

The package will stay at Service Point between 7 and 13 days before it will be returned to ACQUO. If you do not pick up your package, we will deduct €60 from your refund.

ACQUO rubber boots is made from 100% natural rubber and designed for you to have fun in, regardless of the conditions outside.

Rain, mud or snow, you will be able to stomp around without ruining your boots. ACQUO boots are fun, fashionable additions to your wardrobe. Rubber boots however need to be taken care of and maintained properly like any other footwear. Proper care extends the life of the boots as well as maintaining an attractive appearance.

Here are few tips to take care of the ACQUO rubber boots. When buying ACQUO boots you will also get a special hanger to make it easy to hang up the boots by the shafts.

• Natural rubber is sensitive to sunlight and heat. Keep the boots in an area which is not exposed to extreme cold, heat or sunlight.
• For a quick cleaning, simply wipe the boots with a damp cloth after each use.
• Sponge off the outside areas of the boots to remove any caked-on dirt or mud. Pour soapy water into the boot itself, and swirl it around to remove any dirt. Rinse the boots off with clean water.
• Don’t fold the boots over for too long of a time. Leave them upright or hang them using our hanger on a boot rack to avoid cracking or splitting.
• Never use heat or any dryer to remove the moister of the inner boot. Insert dry paper towel for this.
