By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

These Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
It is your responsibility as a customer to check these conditions regularly before ordering any products in case changes have been made.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

The price of any products will be as quoted on our website.
ACQUO offer free shipping on all orders over 200 Euro.
Prices are liable to change, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
Payment for all products is in Euros. We accept all major card types (Ex Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The order will not be shipped until full payment is made and received by us.

OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

You have 14 days to return item after receiving it.
Before returning, please contact us by email info@acquoofsweden.com for further instructions.
Returned items must be sent back unworn, undamaged, fully labelled in their original packaging with the packing slip and all the materials received with it.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return shipping costs.
Once we receive your return, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as possible.

OUR EXCHANGE POLICY

Sadly, we are unable to offer direct exchanges due to the logistics of our current fulfilment.
Please return your item for a refund. Once the return is accepted make a separate order for the new item.
