What is your smallest/largest size?
We offer size EU 37 to EU 46 in all shaft heights.
ACQUO wellington boot are slightly big in the foot (not leg) in the sizes 42-46.
All the measurements in the size guide refers to inner measurements in both shoes and shafts. Please, measure your foot, while standing on it, and your leg, and you will know which size fits you the best. Find our size guide HERE.
We provide you with two pairs of inner soles for free for every pair of boots. Our unique ACQUO boots are handmade wich means than small variations may occur.

We offer shaft heights in 40, 60, 70 and 80 cm.

How do I choose the right size?
All the measurements in the size guide refers to inner measurements in both shoes and shafts. So, measure your foot, while standing on it, and your leg, and you will know which size fits you the best. Normal recommendation is that the shoe should be about 1-1,5cm longer than the measurements of the foot. Find our size guide HERE.
Does the boot loosen over time?
The ACQUO Boot will stay the same shape.
Who designed the boots?
The Swedish fashion designer Karin Geiger, also known as Katja of Sweden is the designer of the ACQUO boots. You can read more about our heritage HERE.

Can I order by email or telephone?
Unfortunately, we only offer order placement via our web shop HERE.
I did not get an order confirmation, why?
It may take up to 1h to get the order confirmation. If you, after 1h, still not received your order confirmation, please check your spam box. If you still cannot find it, please contact us at info@acquoofsweden.com
Where is my order and how can I track it?
When we ship your order, you will get an Email or text message with all information. We ship with DHL Freight and DHL Express and you will get a tracking number to follow your order.
When is estimated delivery?
Depending on where in the world you order from, the delivery time is different. Normally between 2 and 7 days.
What is the shipping cost?
All orders over €200 we ship for free all over the world. For orders less than €200 the shipping cost is €35.
Can I cancel my order?
Orders are processed very quickly and cannot be cancelled. If you have placed an order with incorrect information or size, please place a new order and make sure you put in the correct information. You will then have to return the original order.

How can I return an item?

What payment methods do you accept?
Depending on where in the world you order from, we have different options as:
Nets (pay with card)

Klarna (Monthly Financing, Pay Now, Buy Now Pay Later, Pay with Card)
Can I exchange my item?
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may place a new order for your new item and return your original order for a refund. Please klick HERE to follow our return instructions.
Can I add items to an existing order?
Once an order is submitted, we are unable to add items to an existing order. If you want to add an item, you must place a new order for the additional items.
Do ACQUO of Sweden ship to multiple addresses?
We cannot ship to multiple addresses. You can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains items that require shipping to multiple addresses, you will need to place separated orders for each address.
Can I change my currency?
We only bill in Euros.
When can I expect my refund?
Once we receive your return, we will examine the returned item and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as possible.
How do I know if a particular item is in stock?
Our web shop reflects our entire available inventory. If your preferred size is unavailable, there is a button “notify me” next to the size. Klick the button and share your email with us to be informed if the item becomes available.
Please note that even if an item is in your cart, it is NOT saved. Checkout need to be completed.

Do you offer repair service for purchased items?
Unfortunately, we do not offer repair service currently. If you need assistant, please email us at info@acquoofsweden.com with description, photos and order number and we will do our best to help you.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
Setting up an account is not mandatory to place an order.
Can I buy ACQUO products some ware else but online?
We only offer our amazing ACQUO products online at www.acquo.com
Do you offer Gift Cards?

Is my package insured?
Yes.
How long does my package stay at service point before being returned to ACQUO?
The package will stay at Service Point between 7 and 13 days before it will be returned to ACQUO. If you do not pick up your package, we will deduct €60 from your refund.
