What sizes will be available?
Sizes 37-46 (European sizes). ACQUO boots are slightly big in the foot (not leg). If you hesitate between two sizes, we suggest you choose the smaller size. If you choose the bigger size the foot part of the boot will be a little big but on the other hand we provide you with two pairs of inner soles for free for every pair of boots.
What shaft heights will the boots come in?
40, 60, 70 and 80 cm. All available in two heel heights 1.5 cm or 6 cm. 1,5 cm is very short, almost flat, and 6 cm is 1 cm longer then the ACQUO boot from the 70´s.
What are the heel heights?
One is very short, almost flat and only 1.5 cm and the other one is 6 cm high. You can order all of our boots with high or low heels of your choice. We have a total of 8 different models.
Which colours will the ACQUO boots be made in?
Original ACQUO is black and glossy. If there is a high demand for other colours, we will consider that in the future. We would love for ACQUO to grow and become available in different colours.
Which countries do you sell to?
We sell all over the world, but if you live in a non EU country, extra fees such as customs duties, taxes and other levies for countries outside the EU will need to be paid by you as a customer. Please contact your local customs office for more information on local charges. In the future we plan to have distributors in other parts of the world to eliminate this problem for our customers who live outside of the EU.
How long is the delivery time?
Delivery time will depend on which part of the world we need to send your package to. Your boots will be sent within 5 working days from the time we receive your order. If an item is temporarily out of stock delivery will take longer, and we will inform you at the time we receive your order. Be aware though, that we ship our first boots in July.
Where can I buy ACQUO Boots other than here on ACQUO website?
For right now, our website is the only place where you can buy ACQUO boots.
Are the boot models made Unisex?
The boots have a female sole but are made to fit both women and men in sizes 37-46 (European sizes)
Will you have more ACQUO models in the future?
We have our own in-house designer so we hope to have more models in the future with different designs and colours. It all depends on the demand.
I want to buy even higher boots than your Broadway or Manhattan. Is that possible?
Our business is totally customer focused so if we get a significant quantity of requests from our customers for even higher boots, then of course we will look into it.
Will you make ACQUO stilettos?
We would love to have ACQUO Stilettos and will possibly consider making them available in the future if there is a high enough demand for them.
I need larger sizes. Will you make them in 48 or 49?
For the moment no, but in the future it may be possible if we receive significant customer interest and demand for sizes 48 and 49.
Is it possible for custom-sized ACQUO boots?
The production process of ACQUO boots is a specialised procedure and very expensive. But our advantage is that we can do small quantities for each new design. So if we get a significant order quantity, then we believe we can consider that.
How can I identify ACQUO boots?
ACQUO boots will have the ACQUO logo moulded (printed) underneath the sole.
What to do if your boot size does not match your leg size?
Our boots will be available in European sizes and our technical team and designers used the most appropriate size chart to make the sole. For rare cases we will ask our customers to measure their leg sizes so our customer services representative can help you select the perfect size. We also have measurements charts of the boots on the website.
How do I take care of my boots?
ACQUO rubber boots is made from 100% natural rubber and designed for you to have fun in, regardless of the conditions outside.
Rain, mud or snow, you will be able to stomp around without ruining your boots. ACQUO boots are fun, fashionable additions to your wardrobe. Rubber boots however need to be taken care of and maintained properly like any other footwear. Proper care extends the life of the boots as well as maintaining an attractive appearance.
Here are few tips to take care of the ACQUO rubber boots. When buying ACQUO boots you will also get a special hanger to make it easy to hang up the boots by the shafts.
- Natural rubber is sensitive to sunlight and heat. Keep the boots in an area which is not exposed to extreme cold, heat or sunlight.
- For a quick cleaning, simply wipe the boots with a damp cloth after each use.
- Sponge off the outside areas of the boots to remove any caked-on dirt or mud. Pour soapy water into the boot itself, and swirl it around to remove any dirt. Rinse the boots off with clean water.
- Don’t fold the boots over for too long of a time. Leave them upright or hang them using our hanger on a boot rack to avoid cracking or splitting.
- Never use heat or any dryer to remove the moister of the inner boot. Insert dry paper towel for this.
