By ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• These Conditions are subject to change at any time without notice.
• It is your responsibility as a customer to check these conditions regularly before ordering any products in case changes have been made.

PRICE AND PAYMENT

  • The price of any products will be as quoted on our website.
  • All prices include VAT and include normal freight costs. Free shipping world wide.
  • Prices are liable to change, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
  • Payment for all products is in Euros. We accept all major card types (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). The ordered goods will not be shipped until full payment is made and received by us. You can also pay with Payson or Direct Bank Transfer.

OUR RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

  • When you return a product to us, we will examine the returned product and will notify you of your refund via e-mail. We try to process returns as soon as they arrive.
  • Products must be returned unworn and undamaged in their original packaging with the packing slip.
  • Customer pays for shipping the item you want to return to us. ACQUO of Sweden will refund the cost of the item to your credit card.
  • Your return must be sent within 30 days of receipt.
  • If you want to return an order, contact us at info@acquoofsweden.com before please.
  • Use your Packing Slip as a Return Note. Write RETURN on it and the reason of your return and what you want instead please.
  • Returned goods found to be worn, damaged, marked, soiled or scratched will not be refunded or exchanged.

  • When you return a product to us that are defective or does not fit your feet or legs, we will examine the returned product and we will send you a new pair of boots. We try to process exchanges as soon as they arrive.
  • Customer pays for shipping the item you want to return to us, ACQUO of Sweden will pay for the new shipment back to you.
